- The Event started at 11.00 am with introduction by MC Kalid Amiri, followed by Vice-President Sithy Marikar reading the MIG Prayer.
- MIG Inc President 2025-27 gave his address looking at the MIG future challenges.

- Monash Council Deputy Mayor Cr. Elisha Lee gave a welcome address to the present and praised the MIG work over the year with the full support of the Monash Council members.
- MC Khalid then introduced an ice-breaker game where 7 guests participated also all guest participated, great fun for everyone.
- Then State LA member for Ashwood Mr. Matt Fregon in his address congratulated the important work of MIG over the last 20 years to keep peace, acceptance of all beliefs and harmony in the community.
- Event sponsor Migrants Agent: Minhaja Hashim addressed the guests and talked about the important work done by her agency to assist migrants, for visas and other legal needs.
- Former MIG Chair Joe Persico presented the MIG history with a detailed PowerPoint including dated, photos & video of events held over the 20 years.

- Founding Chairman of MIG Mr Jim Aylmer addressed the guests recalling that the initial work to establish MIG started in 2005 with Monash council assistance.
- Former MIG Chair Joe Persico then thanked all the organizations and people who made MIG a success with their work over the last 20 years.
- Lunch was served between 1.00 and 2.00 pm during which a PowerPoint full of photos taken over the last 20years of events and activities done by MIG.
- After lunch, a short period of dancing followed.
- Finally, a very entertaining Magician show ran until the end.
- Thank you to the MIG Inc Executive team for a very well-organized event.
